This e-learning course is aimed at operators and/or providers of AI systems such as chatbots and image generators who wish to offer their employees training in “AI competence” in accordance with Art. 4 of the EU AI Act.
It does not include operators and/or providers of high-risk AI systems or general-purpose AI models whose use poses systemic risks.

The EU AI Act is here and brings with it a lot of legal requirements - and now what? In our webinar, you will learn how to strategically master these legal requirements and optimally prepare your employees for the use of AI.
For medium-sized companies, AI competence training in accordance with the EU AI Act is included in our IS-FOX awareness platform. Simply select licenses, invite participants, done! The platform does the rest fully automatically:
send invitations and reminders, tracking, statistics.
This is how training works today.
Do you have your own learning management system or need adaptations to internally used AI systems? No problem! Our courses are prepared for efficient customizing and can be turned into “your” course in no time at all, with contact persons, permitted AI systems, special features.... and of course your logoContact our team.
Yes! All content complies with the applicable laws and regulations. The didactic learning expertise conveys clear, simple messages (“Stop at red, go at green”).
With customized e-learning, you can link to further and legally binding intranet pages, codes of conduct or guidelines and work instructions.n.
Yes! Article 4 of the EU AI Act explicitly requires that measures be taken to ensure that individuals are sufficiently competent in the use of AI (including knowledge, understanding, and awareness of risks, etc.). The training must be tailored to the role, prior knowledge, type of AI systems, and context of use. This training obligation has been in effect since February 2, 2025.
We collaborated with AI experts, specialist departments from our clients, legal professionals, and learning experts to define the content of an “AI competence training” program and developed an interactive training course on AI competence in line with the EU AI Act.
It includes AI fundamentals (how AI works), the risk classifications of the AI Regulation, AI and cybersecurity, AI and data protection, as well as practical and concrete tips for using AI in everyday situations.
We are convinced that this not only fully satisfies Article 4, but also addresses all relevant topics for the target group of “users of AI systems” - in a concise and engaging way, easy to understand, with videos and many practical tips.
Our training meets all the requirements of Article 4 of the EU AI Act. By completing our training, you have officially fulfilled your training obligation and can provide legally compliant proof of participation in the training.
At present, there is no official EU certification option for AI training. Should this situation change in the future, we will of course take appropriate measures to ensure that our training is certified.d.
The EU AI Act training course lasts just over 30 minutes and is divided into five short modules. The course can be paused at any time.
