Why have an export control training?

Export control means that trade with certain goods, countries or persons is restricted or even prohibited (embargo) for security policy reasons. This means that not just any goods may be delivered from one country to another without checking whether someone has restricted or even banned them. A breach of embargoes or restrictions constitutes a serious compliance violation and can have serious consequences for companies and individuals. Export control is of particular concern to companies with their own production and supply chains.

Our e-learning course on the Supply Chain Act is aimed at all employees in your company, but you can easily combine it with other more target group specific content, e.g. for people in purchasing or sales. The content will then be added individually when delivered. This means for example: all employees receive 1 basic chapter, people in administration get 2 chapters and 4 questions, people in sales get 3 chapters and 6 questions.

You can also add further compliance modules for employees, for example in the areas of 'Code of Conduct', AGG, money laundering, whistleblowing or fraud.

Simply put together your individual content and we will deliver the e-learning: adapted to your company's compliance guidelines and corporate design, of course – and in the languages of your choice.

You can then run the online training, including test, via your company's own learning management system or in our cloud - or both, if you want.
