License terms

License

Upon payment of the license fee, you acquire a non-exclusive right to use the offered media. The usage right is non-exclusive, meaning that HvS-Consulting may grant usage rights to third parties in any quantity.

Copyright

The copyright remains with HvS-Consulting and/or the respective creators of the media.

Sharing

You may not make the media accessible to anyone other than the licensed users. Resale or transfer of the usage rights to the media is not permitted. Modifying the media is also not allowed.

Licensed Users

The acquired licenses can be assigned to users. The maximum number of licensed users corresponds to the number of licenses you have purchased.

Usage Duration

Your right to use the media expires at the end of the contract period. This consists of the free trial period and the subsequent paid term. The contract duration is specified on the invoice and automatically extends for another 12 months unless canceled at least 2 months before the end of the contract term.

Trial Period

The free trial period end automatically after 14 days with no cost. After that, you can reactivate your account by upgrading to a paid subscription. During the free trial period, we will send you emails.

Subsequent Adjustments

The number of acquired licenses and the scope of the offered media can be adjusted after purchase. These changes do not affect the contract duration. An increase in the number of licenses or the scope of the offered media takes effect immediately during the contract term. A reduction in the number of licenses or the scope of the offered media takes effect only with the next contract renewal and must be requested at least 2 months before the end of the contract term.
